...my lack of focus.
As I began writing the 10 page research paper on Cleopatra VII that's due tomorrow earlier, I got distracted... and began brainstorming themes for my wedding. Yes, I said "wedding." No, it's not happening any time soon. I promise. But in times that beg for concentration, I run the opposite direction.

While I was taking an hour long break from writing my still-unfinished paper [#procrastinator], I saw a link posted on my Facebook newsfeed. It's random enough that I must share it. I do promise to do some actual WRITING soon... It may be this weekend, but it shall be done!

...PHOTOGRAPHYYYY.
Christmas 2010 is when it happened. I got a camera. Like, a legit camera... not a lame one. In the past few months, I have played around with it - mostly taking pictures of random inanimate objects... like this:
















As time has gone by however, my photography skills have matured - as have my editing skills. In recent years I've discovered a love for graphic design and photo editing. So of course, I was thrilled when an opportunity arose yesterday to take pictures of/with a new/best friend of mine, Rebecca. Here are the fruits of our labor:
